2 c. sliced onion
1/3 c. garlic (12 – 14 pieces)
2 bay leaves
2 ½ tsp salt
6 turns of pepper
2 qt. vegetable stock
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
2 c. cubed, day-old bread
1 Idaho potato, peeled and diced small
½ c. shredded Parmesan
6 pieces of Parmesan rind
Dash of truffle oil
